I'M DOWN WITH THAT: Things I Love About Austria
* Parasailing is the most fun EVER - it cost a ridiculous amount of money to do, but it was fantastic! Not at all scary, even though you basically jump of a cliff! And so much fun when you get to do the "acrobatics", which is basically plummet to the ground at speed doing spins etc
* Mountainbiking through the Austrian Tirol - coming down a mountain is always MUCH easier than going up! However, no pain no gain, and the view from the top was totally worth it. (even if my butt did hurt for the rest of the day!)
* Classical music - this trip wasn't ALL about boozing, we got in some culture too! Namely a chamber orchestra playing Mozart and Strauss, two of Vienna's favourite sons.
WHAT'S WITH THAT: Things I Loathe About Austria
* Weather - now, I can't really complain as we have had great weather for pretty much most of the trip. But we got some serious rain these past few days, which put much of our outdoor activities in jeopardy.
THINGS I'VE LEARNT:
* If you ply a group of people with Schnapps, you have to expect the repurcusions - which is my thoughts on the whipped cream fight that happened at the restaurant! Nothing to do with me, HONEST!
